‘Kate Gosselin: How She Fooled The World’ textbook uncovers Star’s Expensive Demands for TLC

Robert Hoffman wants everyone to know reality star Kate Gosselin is not who she appears to be on TV. The author of "Kate Gosselin: How She Fooled The World," continues to spew relevatory anecdotes about the mum of eight. Even with Gosselin's and TLC's lawyers sucessfully getting his e-book removed from Amazon, Hoffman resists to back down.

Gosselin is known for their past TLC shows, "Jon and Kate Plus 8," and then subsequently just, "Kate Plus 8," and most past turn grasping at fame on "Dancing With The Stars."

We've already heard plenty about Gosselin's "demanding, abrasive personality," which usually got her fired form her job blogging for CouponCabin.com, according to The New York Daily News. And now a passage from Hoffman's book obtained by The Huffington Post continues to flesh out that plot of the fallen reality star.

According to Hoffman, Gosselin consistently made expensive, outlandish demands to TLC executives via e-mail while promoting the series at least the country. The book claims the reality TV fixture would only stay at Essex House, one of New York's fanciest hotels, for totally free if certain stipulations were followed.

Gosselin reportedly mandated a suite and an additional king room straightaway next door. A room down the hall or even one room farther away was not acceptable, Hoffman claims.

When staying in New York to improve her reality show, Gosselin also allegedly sent out the following meticulously detailed list of the meals she a must.

Wednesday dinner- Kobe beef tips (extremely tender steak- medium to medium well), steamed broccoli, whipped mashed potatoes, as well as French fries. Organic blueberries and vanilla ice cream for dessert. (This meal should be obtainable as option for kids and adults. A mixed green/ grilled chicken salad should also be available- see below for ingredients)

Thursday lunch- Homemade macaroni and cheese with mild white cheddar and small shell pasta, fries with honey mustard dipping sauce and carrot and celery sticks with ranch dressing. Apple slices. Chocolate chip cookies for dessert. (Additional option of mixed green/ grilled chicken salad for adults: see below for salad ingredients)

Thursday dinner- Hamburgers (sliders) and cheeseburgers (sliders) as well as hot dogs and chicken fingers with honey mustard dipping sauce and French fries and onion rings. Dill pickles on the side. Steamed seasoned green beans on the side as well. Vanilla cake with vanilla icing for dessert. (Additional mixed green/ grilled chicken salad option needed for adults- see following for ingredients)

Friday lunch- peanut butter and grape jelly on wheat dough (whole grain with no obvious grain in it). Potato Chips, fruit salad (blueberries, bananas, apple, grapes, strawberries, kiwi, pineapple, etc), Monterey jack cheese cubes, and oatmeal raisin cookies for dessert. (Substitute for adults: ham and cheese sandwiches on wheat with lettuce tomato and onion and horseradish spread as well as a MIXED GREEN SALAD with grilled chicken, cucumber, tomato, sliced bananas (or pears), feta cheese crumbles, pecans and a balsamic vinaigrette dressing.)

Friday dinner (if we are still there); Pizza: cheese, pepperoni, onion and green peppers in different configurations. French fries, and steamed broccoli. Chocolate brownies for candy bar. (Additional mixed green/ grilled chicken salad option for adults needed- see above for ingredients)

Additionally, we definitely like the following Whole Foods selections in our room (main suite only): (as requested): 10 Organic bananas, 4 boxes organic blueberries, 4 packages organic cheese sticks, 2 boxes organic 'Ritz' crackers (the equivalent of Ritz but the organic brand), 2 six packs 'Yo Kids' (stonyfield farms) organic yogurt, 1 pack organic peanut butter cookies, 3 bottles organic lemonade, 1 gallon organic (pulp free) orange juice, 2 gallons spring water (unless supplied), 2 packages of Individually packaged cookies, 2 packages of individually packaged peanut butter crackers and/ or cheese crackers to eat on the run!

Hoffman has been very direct in describing his feelings toward Gosselin; she's "The most disgusting human being I know," says the author of the tell-all book on his blog.

Hoffman says he blogged about the 37-year-old reality star to expose her time in the spotlight as an "eight-year web of lies, abuse, greed, and manipulation."

The tell-all register accuses Gosselin of a litany of serious crimes, but most notably, that she has beaten her children since they were toddlers. Hoffman claims he personally called Child Protective Services on Gosselin on two distinct incidents, because she is "sick" and in "desperate need of mental help."

Hoffman claims he found secret journals that Gosselin used to write her books "Multiple Bles8ings" and "Eight Little Faces," according to Hollywood Life. In notary journals that Kate reportedly wrote "She was beating 2-year-old babies in diapers," Hoffman told Star cartridge holder.

"I don't judge somebody for discipline, but what Kate wrote in her journal is just absolute savagery," he told the magazine.

While the author's book has been wiped out from online booksellers, Hoffman seems to be to be keeping good on his word that he'll happily be a thorn in Gosselin's side as long as he likes if she wants to dismiss him in any form.

"The other 90 percent of the ingredient I possess will not be published, ever, but you can be sure that if I'm falsely accused of nothing and drug into court, or called a liar by Kate Gosselin or her lawyers, this content will come out then, including photos," Hoffman says in the book.
